New Truck

I have been looking for a new Ford Pickup for about 3 weeks now, searching three local Ford dealers. I knew which model I wanted, and what optional equipment I wanted. So it shouldn’t have been such a chore for two of the three dealers to find me a truck, but it was. The third dealer Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights had no problem finding my truck. He actually had it on his lot! Within an hour of walking into the dealer, I had the truck. The salesman said that was the easiest sale he has ever had. I mentioned that when the customer knows what he wants, and what’s available within three states, it’s not hard to choose.

I am a proud owner of this New Ford F-150 XLT

One of the options that I thought I would really like and use, considering the hip replacement and back surgery that I just went through, is the tailgate step.

Tailgate Step

This makes it so much easier getting into the bed of the truck, especially for old men like myself.

Looking forward to many miles behind this wheel.

The leather bucket seats with center counsel was a nice option that Ford is running a special on. Couldn’t pass up the deal.

Plenty of leg room for any pasengers.

I always new I wanted a 4 door. Still have Grandkids to haul around at times! Smile

Those HID head lights are really something else. Don’t like being on the receiving end of the brightness of these, but they really light up the road in front of you. Hopefully they never will burn out, considering the price of them. Disappointed smile

This is one vehicle that I really like and enjoy driving. Actually more than any other vehicle that I’ve ever had! I plan on enjoying it for many years to come.

PS: Started my Physical Therapy today. The first session of three times a week for four weeks. I hope we can strengthen the leg muscles back to normal. And I guess the back muscles could use a little firming up also. Come to think of it, there isn’t a muscle that doesn’t need a little firming up! Eye rolling smile

Until next time, be safe and God Bless.
